Looking toward Eagle Park beyond Front Street, right across from By the Blue, the waters stretch out into the Tongass Narrows.

The “Thundering Wings” totem in Eagle Park was carved from cedar in 1991 by Nathan Jackson, a world-renowned Tlingit Alaska Native woodcarver, metalsmith, and dancer. You can find this striking totem near Berth 3, just before the Front Street tunnel.

Creek Street in Ketchikan, Alaska, is a famous historic area once known for its brothels and home to the legendary madam, Dolly. Today, it’s a bustling tourist hotspot filled with charming shops and attractions.
